If you both receive the same problem then just go for the reset option if this also doesn’t work then when you turn on the pc just quit the programs from the taskbar and then uninstall it and again install it and while installation there will be a moment when you have to disconnect your device so be aware of that and again if you receive the same problem then drop a mail to us.
